Who I am

B3: Babies, Biceps and Beyond...

Having a baby can really change the way you feel about your body. Sometimes in a good way - many mothers feel superhuman after giving birth, but not all. No one pregnancy, birth or recovery is identical, which is why it's essential to have a fitness programme designed especially for you; one that can adapt as you progress on your journey through motherhood. My programmes take the guesswork out of what is safe and what is not when it comes to exercise, both during pregnancy and beyond.

My areas of specialism:

  • Strength and fitness maintenance through pregnancy
  • Post-partum recovery and the reintroduction of exercise for vaginal delivery and c-section clients
  • Help to improve pelvic floor function
  • Help with Diastasis Recti (muscle separation)
  • Combat problems with posture
  • Help to improve body confidence
  • Muscle strengthening for those who've suffered Carpal tunnel syndrome

B3 Packages

As your health status can change significantly during pregnancy two sessions per week are recommended, this can be increased or decreased according to your individual needs. Packages start at £280 month based on two sessions per week.
