No one pregnancy, birth or recovery is identical, which is why it's essential to have a fitness programme designed especially for you; one that can adapt as you progress on your journey through motherhood. My programmes take the guesswork out of what is safe and what is not when it comes to exercise, both during pregnancy and beyond.
As your health status can change significantly during pregnancy two sessions per week are recommended, this can be increased or decreased according to your individual needs. Packages start at £280 month based on two sessions per week.
