Pre & Post Natal
Having a baby is an exciting time, but it's also a period of great change and pressure on our bodies. Exercising through pregnancy and beyond has been shown to be hugely beneficial; helping to strengthen your joints and maintain a strong core in preparation for childbirth.
I never take a 'snapback' approach and when it comes to Mums we're all different.

Perimenopause & Menopause

Our time is precious. For many, training programmes need to provide the flexibility to work out at your convenience, allowing you to accommodate family life and work.
Society is waking up to the importance of fitness, both physically and mentally.
Hybrid coaching allows you to see your coach in person for a reduced amount of time with the vast majority of the programmes being completed solo when it suits you.
Hybrid coaching is good for those looking for some in-person reassurance when it comes to technique and accountability.
Online coaching is perfect for those who feel comfortable in a gym environment but need a specific programme to follow.
You'll have all the accountability, check-ins and support, simply provided remotely.

My journey with Liz started with a question... Can you get me fit enough to do the fan dance... the infamous special forces fitness test up and across Pen Y Fan twice with 20kg on my back. Well, with a smile, energy and enthusiasm second to none with personalised in person and online training sessions, I not only reached that target, but went on to pass the physically demanding officer course at Sandhurst to become a Major!
